Witch Elf Rotations

Hi guys.

Just wondering what experienced WE's are using as a standard damage rotation. I am level 28, rr 32 and my current rotation is this: open from stealth with vehement blades, feinted positioning, apply envenomed blade, apply wracking pains, agonizing wound x 2 for full blood lust then ruthless assault. It seems to work quite well but I feel like it could be better, obviously my current rotation is going to change when I get new abilities but can anyone reccomend something more efficient for my current level?

With 28 you can get IP and Knockdown from treachery tree. Open from stealth, AW, knockdown, AW or WP and go finisher. That's pretty much the basic rotation without knockdown from carnage tree.
