I see destro players are getting the blame which is a bit unfair as its order players that are swapping sides. I hate the cross realmers as much as the next loyal faction player be them order or destro but punishing the loyal players is not the way to go. Maybe extending the realm timer to a duration longer than what the average t2-t4 push takes and including city pops as being restricted would help prevent city logging. Players would have to be active on the side they want to go into city with.

To those suggesting I play order...that will not happen I will never play order for several reasons but the main one is I only play ranged dps classes. Order ranged has a big advantage over destro and rolling a bw, eng or dps am will only help increase the problems order has with class balance and ranged wise i prefer to be the underdog. They already have the best mdps and rdps class in the game its just order is so short of tanks and guard that their slayers and other mdps suffer from lack of protection a succesful melee train needs. I also suck badly at any attempt to play melee, got a BO to level 20/24 before realising this not for me.

Its also stupid to say roll X,Y.Z class and you will always get a group. Yes, I could log on my healer and get a group, that doesn't help my WE get SOV gear. I have a Zealot, DOK, Sorc, WE, Chosen, and BG and I like to mix it up. But I am having the most fun on my WE. I mean another option is give the WE something that helps them get into a group. I respec to OYK Morale Pump/Drain for every city but it still doesn't help me get a group.

Also it's Destro mains switching back from there Order alts most of the time.

And it is what it is, playing the side which has more people will have it downsides and this is one of them.

I am saying destro ranged dps classes are the underdogs vs order in terms of ability. Overall under/overdog depends on the time of day. Order during EU and destro in NA time have the numbers

Thats absolutely not true at all, If you still think after all this years and nerfs that engi somehow > in every department than magus, or same with sorc&bw, or even more laughable Sq<SW than its a pure l2p issue really.

Not in every department no but in the department's that matter in seiges they do. Aoe rules seiging and order ranged does it better. Interested to know your views on order melee, are they underperforming and need a buff or is that too just a learn2play issue.

Completely agree, this sums it up nicely.

Last night's EU prime city was a great example, Order were the dominant pop and capped the 2 forts to siege IC. The second the fort ended, that Order overpop switched to a Destro overpop... It's not your loyal Destro players that are the problem, it's the Order cross-realmers hopping over to Destro.

Increase the faction switch CD to 12/24 hours imo.
