have a lot of lairs not re-implemented or never implemented (like the "secret" lair in GB mid) so they will get bosses again (or new bosses) and purple drops ?

Sov weapons on live were using higher tier emblems, IIRC. Where each new tier of emblem was earned after you bought the weapon of the previous tier (or after a while a token for the cost of a 1h for classes that only uses 2h and didn't need the previous tier weapon). Wait, which is the secret lair in gb mid? The area off to the side under left wing entrance?

Means new currency for Sovereign Weapons and slight nerf for BL weapons.

Weapons will be free to the first person that finds the hidden rock item in each content area, there is no other way to acquire them. Except currency of course.

Currency is fine, at least you know how to work your way towards it without too much RNG.

The lair in mid wing, wich you need to use the mob launch to fly to the cave ;)
most of the ppl just jump before this position so don't see it

I have questioned the "scaling" system with items before viewtopic.php?f=15&t=37348&p=405299#p405223 and I have some serious doubts about "scaling" with weapons.
For example, is 5 statpoints=1% armor pen? How do you value procs? Because not all procs are created equal. I would very much like a 20% movement speed proc or a snare proc on my mara. However, what will most likely happen is that some classes get superior procs and you people will justify it with "THE SYSTEM" or "wait for next set". Considering sov is supposed to be the top set for all eternity some classes have already lost the itemization lottery.

Yes, gear in general seem rather random as some sets have very good itemization while others are avarage/bad.

Something I would like is to tie armor to class (perhaps weapon dps as well). Meaning unify armor values on all light, medium and heavy armor. As it is now you are more or less forced to go with the higher armor sets just because the extra added armor. It would also help lower ranked players with survivablity.
