Is PE really better than GWM if you have a point spare? I am running Balanced accuracy, Deep incision, Ensorcelled agony as my other 3 at 39.

Also with 2h weps what am I aiming for? Is it highest DPS, slowest speed, a certain proc or just flat stats? Any names of any that are good would be helpful. Thanks
