Textures looking really low quality

So I don't know if this a problem with my PC or what but the last couple days if I play the game for a few hours and spend time in RVR zones with a lot of people the textures start becoming really low quality. Is this just me or is it happening to anyone else?

Occasionally happens to me when I'm tabbed out for more than a few minutes. Zoneing fixes it though.

Thats your GPU issues, not game client. Play in Window Borderless settings, so if u alt tab, it wont happen.
