Ironbreaker. proc from T4 epiq quest not stacking

Oy brothers

I just compleated T4 epic quest ( faith is madness) and i chose the shield with armor proc.
But aparently it does not stack with " guarded attack". Is this a bug?

No. Procs rarely stack with abilities - just like an armor pot (which is comparable to an hour long proc) doesn’t stack with ‘Guarded Attack’.
