Rewards for all from cities

I am sure there are smarter minds out there who have better ideas but I thought I would throw it out there. I hear and understand the frustration of those not in the time zones to get into the city sieges. In real war times the benefactors are not just the warriors. The plunder is brought back and everyone prospers. What about everyone in a realm receiving some level appropriate medallions from city sieges. Even if it was just a few or one in the case of royals it would help those unable to get into cities due to life and it would add a element of realm spirit. Just an idea.

I agree at this point, cities happening at very weird hours, more and more destro migrating to order and so on.
