i also agree sieging 1 star city or 2 star city shoudnt happen vevery day.
ppl even counted that u win more royals if u siege 1 star city than 5 star citie.
5 star citie should give in gold bags 1 item from warlord/sovy/invadr armors ( maby than ppl will not push low star cities)
1 star city shoudnt give u royals not attacker not defender its already looted what u can take from ruined city? dead bodies???? flies?

byt again than rvr will be dead need some carrot for ppl push zones defend zones, because at moment carrot in front of your nouse is siege low star citie.
