TIL devs decide to fix Bg bq helm drop rates.... Along with the drop rates of all other Bg gear so that the all players of the class can acctully compete in rvr and not just the rich and hoarders

Devs stated, that the lair item droprates are lowered (iirc 30%) because of the low timers (2-4 hours). The items are also not bind on pickup atm.
On live the bosses dropped always 3 BoP items and had a timer of 12 hours.

It's not just lair items luth it's just the difficulty of gearing bgs in general...espically after losing gear multiple times

If you need a BQ Helm to compete in serious RvR, then it's definitely something wrong on your part...

You can rock RoR T1 in galerunner and a few jewels, if you're with a good group.
