[Sorc] Obsessive focus, does anyone use it?

As title says, does anyone use obsessive focus on sorc? If so, how is best to use it?

Personally I don't see much use for it. I probably would without the damage penalty or if the ability reset if the target dies. Or if the ability changed completely.

apparently sorc is so good, that she doesnt need level 13 skill in path of agony.

Me. In PvE and lord keeps/fortress.
Obsesive Focus + Close Quarters + spam Doombolt.
When you have M2 Focused Mind its funny cast Doombolt every 0,7 seconds hehe.

Global cooldown is 1 sec, stacking castspeed is ok but under 1 sec is useless
