I don't understand how more SH don't feel this way. The SW "buffs" were bungled pretty hard when they really just needed a few mastery swaps/number tweaks. RSH rn is in a much better spot.

Devs stated that it will come soon (means sometimes in the future but it will come). All you need to do is to wait for it

Once they're finished with the mangling and unmangling cycle of SW nerfs and buffs, they'll get on rSH. Hopefully it's gonna under the same scrutiny as the rSW rework, cause mSH is already extremely viable for city and WB play (no matter how many destros here will act like they're not taking any to their cities...), unlike aSW that's still pretty limited.

I did a City the other day where 2 RSH were both top damage and top death blows, we were in a Order premade, so I don't think they are half as bad as some people seem to think they are. Tough job buffing them without making them OP

Jurki and Teefz shows that there is no need for rSH to be buffed. Everyone they look upon is pretty much dead a couple of secs later.

rSH is still incredibly strong, just doesn't have the AOE mSH does
