According to this thread it just comes from "High Pass quests" which is super vague... anyone known the specifics?

You can search for items in the armory.

There it says it is a reward from the "Sanctify" quest.
Searching the forum for the quest grants High Pass, chapter 12 as a starting point.

Several 80s

Thanks to the both of you! I tried looking at the wiki but found nothing. I had no idea that armory function was a thing. Very thankful for being shown it, too...!
