Skaven Cloak

Is the Skaven Cloak available to achieve in-game right now? Ive been wanting to get this for my Black Orc but I think its only available to get during an event, skaventide?

also the trophies you get for each race, when/how are they awarded? all i know is playing through the area eventually gets you a trophy to put on your trophy slot but i cant find any detailed info on it.

You can no longer get the original skaven cloak from the skaven event in IC but if you just want the appearance, you can get Beastlord cloak with skaven app, however if you do that then you won't have the Beastlord cloak with stag appearance, at least for now...

Decisions decisions........

As for trophies, do some tome unlocks that reward Bestial Tokens then go to Library and the Npcs there will have a nice variety of trophies.
