DoK - Terrifying Aura

Hi everyone,

Could someone please confirm what level DoK is meant to learn Terrifying Aura at?
Career planner says 23 but it's incorrect/out of date, I'm 25 and still don't have it.

Select Career
De-select Hide unlearn-able
