i think that is your renown rank title, i dont think u can change it yet ( i could be wrong ). You could make it so it doesnt display your title in options, but thats about it.

you are correct its renown lv title it will change as higher levels are reached (hope I'm not wrong lol )

If I remember correctly, that title was from the PVE armor set that was gained once all pieces had been collected.
I think it was ...
"Lord of Carnage" - Tier 1
"Lord of Havoc" - Tier 2
"Lord of Mayhem" - Tier 3 (either Master or Lord)
"Lord of Ruin" - Tier 4

I could be slightly wrong on those. All armor was collected from PQ's in each Tier.
