No Characters on twitch reward screen

When I go to un-claimed rewards, it does not list any characters for me.

The server was just down and being rolled back, give it another try in a few minutes.

You made 2 accounts on this website. You play in-game using one (where all your characters are) and you use the other (ChewyLewis) on the forums.

You went and linked your Twitch account with the account you use on the forums only. Which is why you cannot see any characters in the list, because you haven't created any characters on ChewyLewis account.

You can check the client, it has the right account name you had to link.

No problem, sorry to hear it happened to you.

It's unnecessary to make a forums account but some people have their preferences. I will make sure to warn users in future Drops events about this, to prevent such disappointment.
