Noted. For clarity, I was telling the OP that the current resource timeout in RoR for most resources is ten seconds, not saying that the live server had a 10 second timeout.

Oh, and a general comment for all: Don't get too upset if things like this don't get fixed immediately. I have some other priorities to take care of (I'm sure you can all guess.)
