Could not download file from sever. (WAR-64.exe)

So I 've been playing since 2018. And this is the frist time it's come up. Any Idea what I need to do (I've reinstalled it as well.)

Turn off Anti-Virus. Seriously. I had to turn off Webroot b/c it was blocking the update. Took me 2 days to figure it out :cry:
Turn it back on after you finish the download.
