Bg party problem

hello to all

I can not fix a problem
When I enter a BG I see no ally in the windows of the party, even though join a party in my name in the windows can not be seen, and thus are always alone.

someone would know help?! thanks

sorry but I can not find the solution useful

I try to repeat the problem ... I can not see any ally in - scenario parties windows - ... like I was the only player of the BG

Party window dosent work in Scs.

then scenario is played by all pug ??
or is there a way to get into a party ??
