Officer's Medallion to Recruit's Medallion

Is the exchange NPC to change an Officer's Medallion to Recruit's Medallion in the game? I have one from farming and I'd like some Decimator's gear for some alts!

Normally you shouldnt get that item, since it is a t4 token. And no there will not be an NPC for trading. keep it as a trophy or so :p

It's gonna be deleted anyway with T2. Kinda wish there was an easier way to get recruit medallions.

My question is where BOs are, because this game has nearly no info on this and nobody answers it on /advice.

Maybe because the Flags (BO's) are marked on map?

It's bugged right now and will be fixed to 14 lvl or sth like this in next patch.

Makes more sense then, so basically the only way to get decimator is to either get a party to grind for the medallions or ask until some kind soul gives you some of their ill gotten ones?

I normally give away all my medallions. Im far from being the only. A lot of people do. Also u can buy them in the AH, u need to enter the exact search "Medallion" included the capital letter. It will return u some searches. They arent specially expensive, around 30-50 silvers each, and with the ones u ask in /advice and /say in the Warcamp u will most likely get them in 1 hour or so. Just be kind also yourself

Theres no npcs yet to hand them in, they will add the npcs for these medallinons when they come it.
