This post is somewhat exactly the opposite of what was said in the stream today. This is clearly not the right approach.

"As we've grown to refine balance and optimize more classes there's also room for balance changes that are thematic in nature, or lean on features in the client that we didn't have access to before."
This doesn't mean they don't adhere to the same standards, it just means we understand that when you watch the old intro cinematic, or some of the old teaser videos, there are epic moments that feel like they should be in the game, and we can make changes in those directions without feeling like we're going to far out of bounds on what Warhammer Online should be.

WE and WH with the new perma stealth as u clearly never see them.
As for the Orcapults, if it fails the orc smashes the walls for half his hp as he falls down with a 1 second brief stun.
