[SH] Exploding Arrer Problem?

I have problem with this skil.
0 DMG on dummy or low level monster.

Another SH got problems with expldoing Arrer?
Tryed with tactics or without. Reset Talents. Repair installation...

0 DMG...

Result: Explodin Arrer fixed with next patch.
