Because he set BACKUP KEY., forgot password ,

After requesting to update the password,Still unable to log in to games and forums.

How can proceed to reset this backup key?

Hello, your 'friend' has been assisted and has been asked to send an email, because his case is related to several security suspicions. If he sent the email already, he has to wait a bit for an answer.
