Is the solo scenario queue broken on lvl 40?

As I was leveling I got fairly quick scenario pops, but the moment I dinged 40 the pops started to take a very long time. But when I join with a party 2+ people, the pops are almost instant. Does anyone else has the same problem?

It works same as City queue...you will be put on end of the list if queueing solo.

Yeah, soloquing on destro at least is just not worth it anymore.

Solo Q work fine in destro for me it's instantly or like 2 min

Healers are needed for a SC to start (source: me trying to remember what Dalen said about it on discord couple of weeks ago), very few healers are sadomasochistic and instead they queue with friends, so that they at least get one normal person in their SC.
Not even going to try and blame them, pug healing feels as healthy as chain smoking a pack of Red Prince/Pyramids without filter. Add the fact that there is little to no rewards (weapons mainly benefit offhand users AFAIK) for them to do it except "fun".

I just did 14+ hours of checking queues on multiple characters t1, t2 and t4. The queues popped a total of 5x with sometimes up to an hour wait time. I think something is wrong with the queue today, because I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes before.

In the last stream of Zarbix ive read "Destro is the underdog".

So, currently T1 is 37:63 and T2+ is again at 43:57.

With that in mind you have to take 2 points into regard:
1. If there is no event, then there isn´t much interest for a Lv40 to do scens.
2. Because everyone is playing the underdog, you literally have no one to fight against in a scen.

Sooner or later, the underog have only npc´s to fight. The scen queue works fine, no problem with that.
