Launcher error

This is my error:

I have no idea what the issue is. i have the right password and username, and im sure i put all the files in the right spot

1. did u started the game as an admin?
2. did u checked ur firewall?
3. using the right account informations for login?

Is your launcher in the same folder like the WAR.exe and not in a special folder?

Run launcher as Administrator, make sure the FOLDER (not the launcher!!!) isn't set to "read only".

This can be done by right clicking the game folder > properties > uncheck "Read Only" > OK.
