Launcher problem and Character screen bug

Hello guys, i have 2 problem atm, one is urgent and the other one is more like not urgent but really hurts my gameplay!

So urgent one is this, i was in C&T and went afk for 10-15m, after i came back i clicked on "Play" button but game keeps putting me back to character selection screen. I also tried my alts but its the same, can't login any of them. I searched the forum a little bit and typing /stuck twice didn't worked for me, nothing happened so im still waiting on my character selection screen atm. People says it will be okay when server gets reset but i don't know when is the next reset gonna happen and i don't want to wait if there is any solution.

Second one is this, my launcher keeps getting stuck(won't crash). It goes like this, when i first open the launcher it works great, after 3-4 secs Connect button turns orange and i can play the game but after this first entering to game whenever i want to relog or my game crashes etc. launcher stucks, Connect button stucks at grey for like 5 or 10 minutes. Its a little bit confusing i know, so this is the process so i can explain better:
-> booting the computer and after opening launcher
-> it works perfect, connect button opens after 5 secs and can start gaming(after this point i tried keep the launcher opened and close the launcher immediately starting the client, both of gives me the same result)
-> so if get DCed or want to relog, i click on launcher and it stucks and grey connection button for 5-10mins.
-> after 5-10 minutes launcher continues like nothing happened.

"BTW launcher can't closed properly by clicking X on top of the right, i need to force close it from task manager. It wasn't happening like 2-3 weeks ago so i hope there is a solution.

""This two problems are not connected, first one happened only today and it was after going AFK in a dungeon but second one is happening for longer.

-first one i think you need to contact some GM to reset your char... Discord is the best place to do that i guess. Theres a discord link in the launcher.

-second issue i think is related either to your router, network connection or some firewall/antivirus settings that go bollocks with this stuff
