WL thoughts after hitting rr 74.

So pounce was moved to the pet line. You have to spec 5 points into the pet line to get pounce.
Loner tactic which gives you the ability to spam pounce has one requirement. you can not have a pet up.
So if you want to use loner and use the spammable pounce, You have to spec into a line that you are explicitly forbidden to use.

Not only has the range been made almost useless. The WL has to waste 5 points into a line he cant even use to get it.

Your first flaw in your thought is guardian is a utility tree. Its a pet tree, which is forbidden use for loner spec and full pounce use.

There is no flaw in my logic. I used the description of the Guardian tree to form this. Also, you don't seem to comprehend my post, as your response isn't appropriate to what I've explained.

As i said you start from fallacy on the guardian line to begin with.

You, your self point out how pounce in guardian is creating an identity problem with loner tactic and then go on to just ignore the issue. Echoing roar does fit in the aoe line, but that is not the identity of the class. While pounce was the classes main defining ability and the tactic that lets you use it to its fullest forbids you from the line that it is in. As I pointed out and it makes no sense at all.

I never played wl before. But these three build seem really OP. I think only problem is pet control because when pets died there is nothing to do

Interrupt and pounce were swapped, u can't have armor debuff pounce and HD together. Also HD is outgoing, while all mdps have either both or incoming

Hmm, I didn't know that. It seems a huge change. I hope it will get any arrangements soon if it is needed.

All issues I had with White lion was having nearly all needed stuff in a single tree: pounce, armor debuff, AOE tactic, AOE channel. It was like giving marauder AOE knockdown and AOE channel in to savagery tree

Marauder is not a WL though, they have other stuff like better utility + survivability and not reliant on a pet( dies or vanishes) so it would make marauder too good obviously, for a WL this was ok.

I think how they swaped these abilities make no sense and thogeter with Pounce nerf hurts Order that already struggles with lack of melee frontline compared to Destro.

Pounce has no interaction with the lion so why is it in the pet tree? Loner tactic further encourages Pounce without a lion & Loner is typically used with the AoE tree( Hunter). Pounce is obviously a hunter/axeman ability from a logical point of view. Echoing roar on the other hand utilizes the pet and so at least it fits Guardian more than Pounce.

My point was that you now have to choose, like most classes, what 2 goodies you want, giving up the third: armor debuff, punce, finisher, or the higher ups like aoe or pet damage boost. Oooo, choices! Noooo!
