[KotBS] wound + regen is a viable build?

Is stacking wounds and getting health regen viable endgame?

What’s the best way to go about it?

For endgame (cities), after maxing defences and stacking anti crit, toughness is currently the best stat, especially for tanks. You can run regen builds but it's not viable outside of small scale because you are sacrificing important stats that help you soak up damage. But definitely viable for small scale. You can pick up four pieces of regen jewellery from a lair in KV and the life steal 2h from c&t.
