Yea, why not? Make a tactic which makes CD reduction on "Wrath of heaven"
and add an AA Damage buff which stacks with other AA Damage Buff's :P

First of all I don't know what the person who initially designed the ability was thinking, but the "silence" is a major DOWNSIDE to the ability. It just gives free immunity and this is definitely not an ability you use in order to silence people. Searching for targets to not give free immunity is a major pain.

Secondly this is a melee ability and it is defendable. It hits 2 times if at least one of them hits the buff is activated but if both of them are defended (happens in zergy fights sometimes if you cant find a non-tank target) the buff is not activated.

So you have to bother picking a non-tank target which you don't mind giving immunity to or already immune in the middle of the fight.

These makes WW a huge pain to use and it is definitely not an enjoyable experience.

Suggestion: Put the silence to Dazzling Strike instead.
We actually have to hit a tank with it because looking for a dps/healer target will mean our st party rotation can be heavily disadvantaged. This means its even harder to proc because we are trying to hit targets with higher defences.

Would not want it on dazzling strike if it meant the cast time increaser is removed. Dazzling strike hits like a truck and is very effective on casters already.

I haven't heard anyone suggest making the BO's version proc from a direct hit as well.

But i think it would be a step back, to gimp the BO version as well.

Would be my 2 cent about it, 'cuz come on man, BO got it "mirrored" from SM and even gets the better version :lol:

As far as sm being the least played order tank there are actually quite a few order players them right now for whatever reason they are becoming more popular again and these changes to put ww more in line with what destro gets on all the bo tanks would help a lot.

making Waaaggghh proc from a direct hit is a better way to go for the game, as then it takes actual communication and teamwork to line up properly, rather than just assuming it will always be up every time it is available. Anyone playing SW with Discord knowing when WW is procced is probably the most important info they can get for their rotation.

Only agree with this change if you add to some skills "Not affected by cooldown modification abilities"
Slayer-Inevitable Doom
SW- Barrage and Brutal Assault.
Why order lack cd reduce? they already have many skills 5sec less cd then destro class, and with WW SW is broken.

Slayer already has a tactic to reduce cooldown of ID if needed, so that would make no difference.

WW SW is just as broken as a Waaagghhh/Chop Fasta MSH with Big Bouncin, just that the MSH has two methods to get their cooldown decrease and neither method can be blocked/parried, neither needs to be in melee range or gives away free immunity. See the problem here?

There are lot of reason why sm is the least tank played in the game, cluncky mechanics, redundant tattics (4 dot) (2 striketrough), horrible skin (only sov and warlord beautifully designed), block and parry animation not working, ears passing trough helms, eye like eyegor of frankestin jr when equipping shield.
Back on topic, i agree wispering winds need to be fixed to make cd reduction viable and easy acceasible since is very important for party, and to get a step forward to city fight balance.
Black orc its very good, functional and fun to play, dont change it.

Trying to turn this topic on a "nerf BO" => typical order lobbyst mentality... not want to make SM better instead get his mirror nerfed
