"Your account is not active" :(

Hola!!

I activated account via mail and I can log on here on the forum just fine, but when I try to log on to the game i get the message "Your account is not active".

Can someone fix it for me? :) Thanks!

you should be able to reactivate it by asking for an email reactivation

I did that, twice now. Still not able to log in. :(

Hey,
I just maked me an account and when I try to log in in the launcher it say´s the account is not active.
But i activated it via email.

Which launcher are you using, and did you tried to update your password to a simpler one ?
