RP/Zealot Vanq vs Sov AP regen disparity

To be frank the AP regen on the 7 piece bonus for Sovereign needs buffed. The vanq one is flat out better but sov 7 pieces takes like 2 months to get if you don't miss a city. How is flat 35 ap better than 60 AP over 3 seconds? The AP/second buff does not refresh so the heals you cast in that time aren't triggering it. Play with both and you will notice a difference. It was bad even before the unneeded nerf to heal ritual proccing it but now its just garbage.

Isn't the hope with the best gear in the game you could maybe drop Restorative Burst to have more options? You really can't unless you are playing Order and have an AP battery IB in your group.

At least they tried to make your Sov proc look like an upgrade in comparison to lower-level sets.

Imagine being a dok/wp and having your Sovereign 7-piece proc and Onslaught 4-piece proc give the same ammount of SE/RF for the same ammount of time with the same chance to proc. #blessed

If sov and vanq had the same proc I wouldn't complain because as I said it is currently worse. When heal ritual procced both this was even more obvious.

Imagine farming onslaught for the proc and then it gets nerfed alongside sov 7pc.
How can people find the current version good?

Pretty sure no one would approve of the 15 SE/RF nerf to the proc if more people had noticed it.
But you know....nerfs have a tendency to inhabit in the shadows....

It's actually not only the regen value, which got reduced. The average proc chance is much lower as well, as 10% chance on healing someone procs a lot more frequent than 20% chance on heal cast, when you are in a party and use grp heal.
At this point I don't bother with 7pc and just mix sets.
