Why do you split this poll for the factions ?

Balanced teams are mandatory for ranked matches.

Otherwise you ideally want balanced teams but you also want a reasonable time frame for a scenario to pop.
Afaik the algorithm already tries that and lowers the restrictions over time.
Nothing to change there.

In t1 and t2/t3 there are for sure no 2/2/2 groups needed. There should be however at least 1 healer per group. I hate rounds without any healers.

To see which faction have more fake accounts to vote what is needed to whatever the OP is "trying to show"

maybe 1 tank and 1 heal for each party.

That matchmaking is already working: sc launch OLNY when the 3 roles are filled, that means at least 1 tank /1 healer/1dps.

Other thing that ppl struggle to understand is that when sc pop some ppl simply dont join because whatever reason (in combat, afk, etc)...so if you find that have 0 healers or 0 tanks means that the ones in queue simply didnt accept to join.
