whats wrong with order chat?

chat moving so slow, no groups, looking for group but noone there. on destro its much faster, groups everywere, here i need 2 hours to find a group.
on destro chat in 5 minutes you find a group. I try playing tank, no group there, i try make group, nobody wants.
