dismounting

Dont know who did what but is now normal to hit ppl with 12 spells in row and not get em dismounted ??? this hapend 3 time today on my AM and 12 times i got no dismount in 8 spells!!!... not only dots fury of asuryan and strom of cronos where in those spells... if someone tells me its bad rng im gona flip it!
