Server rollback?

Hi,

I looked around the forums but didn’t read anywhere about a server rollback; today, relogging after the downtime, I noticed that my toon I created yesterday disappeared completely from the server and wasn’t on the list anymore.

Now, I have no need of retrieving the character because as I’ve said it was very low level but this rings an alarm - has it been an accident? Is it just me? Did the server roll back for anyone else?

I have noticed armory is broken since long time, many characters are not in it

There's something weird that happens with new characters, like if you don't log into them a second time, they don't actually get saved to the database and when the server gets booted, and they just disappear. I don't think it happens all the time, but certainly more than we're comfortable with.

As a sort of side tangent to this database issue, I've noted that the Armory is no longer displaying characters gear and the item link feature that was added to the forum is no longer working. I this intentional or is it some sort of bug? If it is a bug who do you report that to?
