technical problems

Greetings,

since days i try to run warhammer but it does not work. Every time i try it the launcher is downloading the same big **** and after that when i try to connect i have a black screen while i hear the intro and then nothing happens. When i try it again the download starts again. The Sice on my ssd is now 60 gb and i think that is too much. I have win 10 with the newest updates. I hope somebody could help in this case, thanks!
