WH Longcoat

i dunno if your questionis still up to date but you can get a Longcoat from Ch 1 PQ Blue Bag reward - its even lvl 2

Just do the first PQ Emp couple times and you're done.

Quick update:

There is one Longcoat lvl 5: named Purloined Longcoat rare item and even the first actual Soulder Armor besides the standard Bandolier look named Purloined Bandolier lvl 5 rare

i use both of these looks on my actual WH lvl 14 and got them on Tuesday
both were quite cheap in AH. It seems that the PQ reward got the look changed though.

Hope that helps. With Lair helm it looks pretty decent for a T1 WH

Vandish Longcoat, Blue item from tier 2 PG loot bags. Sorry I dont remember if it was a blue or gold bag.

its a level 2 item Wrought Longcoat and its also a level 11 item Blood-Soaked Longcoat.

It is a Blue Item, from a PQ. I got it today, from the Cultists around Gotland Windmill PQ(I think).
