No Character

After a long time not playing i installed the game again, and after i logged in i couldnt see my characters, only the weapons, everything else is normal except that i cant see my or any other characters.
What could it be?

I am having this problem too. I decided to reinstall the game to see what has changed and I get a 404 error saying file not found, but the launcher updates as normal. When I log in, all I see is character weapons, but nothing else and textures seem low resolution.

I had the same issue - I went into the patcher settings and set the client to 64 bit then reran it - it downloaded a few more files and then when I went into the game it was working normally. Hope this helps.
