Tank or heal to duo with Marauder?

We're essentially a duo of newbies, haven't played since early 2010. We have a DoK/BG pair which will probably be our mains, but also want to play other characters.

My friend is mostly set on marauder, and I'm open to ideas but thinking of something between BO, Chosen (2h?) or maybe even zealot. We plan to do a bit of everything.

Does any one of those class have particular synergies or things that complement marauder very well? I really don't remember much about the buffs or debuffs or morales or build any class has

If your friend is sav/brut mara, 2h BO is better for assit because sav/brut mara's damage is really low compared to other dps classes. If your friend brut/monstro, 2h bg suits better for debuffs because there is no armor/heal debuff in brut build. Zealot suits for all and always needed.

Sava/brut build die ? why ? Dont like armor debuff ? and 25% healdebuf or 50% with tac ? and wouds debuff ?

The thing i meant there, sav/brut good for debuffs and sustain damage. However, I dont think armor debuff is a thing when target is guarded. Also, stance dance doesn't worth for sav/brut build. Therefore, sav/brut mara is good for assist MA with debuffs and sustain damage. If you want proper dps damage like other dps classes do, you should use brut stance as a main. However, you need someone to apply debuffs for this setup.
