Laucher wont start

Hi guys i have a problem and it starts today .have played last week without problem, today when i click on the launcher ,i wont do nothing, no screen nothing .

Please help

Boa noite alguem pode ajudar, quando clico no laucher ele nao abre a tela do inicializador, nao abre nada.

windows update? check your antivirus/firewall settings if its not blocked or quarantined.
if that doesnt help could be that your .NET install is broken.

try reinstalling: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework
