I don't know what kind of codes you working on (bad smell/Spaghetti code or clean), but can i learn if it is possible injection a mod in game core that let multiple /cast skillname macros for example 6/7 skill input in it for each macros? (not working like any addons or /scripts )? then you can truely disable NB and Castsquencer? we will have simple squencer. If an enterprising addon developer wanted to re-write Nerfed Buttons to use hotbar switching instead of actively switching abilities on the fly, it could potentially still work. It would be much more limited to the number of skills you could have per button as there's only so many hotbars available and you would still need a couple hotbars in reserve for skills that weren't switched, but it would be possible. I'm sure people concerned are already looking into it when it was specifically noted that PlanB was allowed to still function. It wouldn't be good by any means since you're basically giving all of your hotbars for very limited functionality.
I mean it is not the end of the world. Do I think that it is another bad change? Yes. Is it a dealbreaker for me after investing so much time? No. I wish I had the addon and nothing good comes out of blocking it but you get used to terrible changes and feeling of helplessness after playing on this server for some time. They could have done it better, warned the players months or weeks in advance to allow addon makers to adapt to their change and create a sequencebuilder without conditionals. I do not need it but there were few people with disabilities (who even wrote in this very thread) that relied on it.

Let's face it all, playing without Buffhead or Enemy would have a massiv more effect on gameplay then NB has.
You will not notice a difference between a good player using NB and same player not using NB (there will be a difference, but not really noticable).
But you will definitly see a difference if same player plays vanilla or with all the fancy addon stuff all of you are defend here as "Not so bad".
