Only because the old staffers had a tendency of locking threads when conversation didn't pan out in their favor. I'm certain several conversation on controversial changes had the potential of reach 100's of pages. The fact that the current staff haven't locked this one yet proves, to me at least, that they actually care about reaching some sort of synthesis with the community. Which is, IMO, a massive step in the right direction compared to how it used to work in the old days.

You're right, we should just approve of these devs chasing their own tail trying to stop this addon from existing instead of focusing their efforts on actually improving the game itself. Oh, they weren't doing that anyway. soloq "Ranked" is here and we think we're all eSports skilled warriors now. Hang on, lemme queue out of my bracket and defeat the whole purpose of having a rank anyway brb.
