What was the reason again to move fist of khaine to soulessence ? I think it's the same with WP Judgement.
It was very useful for cast heal to get soulessence back and for dps to catch-up.
Now castheal barely using it and dps run out of soulessence while trying to get close to a kite class.

you have 100 Prozent right, have the same problem when i get kited to long, no SE. This SE i need for Rend Soul to get my life back or for cleanse on the way to the enemy.

I don't understand why this was changed. It's not exactly overpowered. DoK was always prone to getting kited, especially dps DoK. Now we're even more vulnerable.
