depends on what u mean by useless, most classes feel that way until high geared, chosen is amazing solo and small scale cuz they do decent tank damage and knight is better for large wb battles and some small scale they do more utility than chosen but less dmg... and tank more

Off-specs become usable after 70+ and good gear, same with all classes
