Call of Warhammer: Rage of the Dark Gods

For those of you who like Total War games, Specifically Medieval 2 Total War you may want to check out Call of Warhammer: Rage of the Dark Gods.

This mod for Medieval 2 Total War is a Total Conversion of the base game, it requires Medieval 2 Total War: and it's Kingdom's expansion to play. If you have played a Total War game before you know what the game is like, except the mod has a more event driven campaign, various Beastmen, Orc, Chaos Dwarf, Night Goblins and Chaos invasions will appear.

Each faction (Ranging from the various Counties of the Empire and Kislev/Border Princes, to the Dwarves, Orcs, Elves, Dark Elves, Four Chaos Factions, Chaos Dwarves, and Sylvanians) Are fully modeled to fit their appropriate factions, and best of all the mod is fully free. Though sometimes when Chaos fully unites it can be a bit unfair (Or fun if you are playing as a Chaos Faction), it is a pretty cool and fleshed out mod, complete with full tactical map battles, Cannons, Daemons, Ogre Mercenaries, and much more.

If you feel like taking a break for something a little more grand scale you might want to check it out. (Just a reminder the Devs are Russian, but they did make an English patch which is pretty good but not perfect, because again. Russians).

I cannot for the life of me get this to work. I've tried absolutely everything in the TWCenter forum and the above link. :/

I've downloaded it, installed it but when I try to run it I receive a "An unspecified error has occurred, Medieval 2 will now close" message. :/

Getting this mod to run is a Little different. Best is to have this Game as a standalone version and not connected to steam. As it is very important to have the propper Version of the Basic games. Steam auto updates them to death.
