Item Lookup ! Please Help

Hey guys,
Im looking for an Item Called "The Clogs of the Charge" RP Boots.
Does anyone know what chapter sells the charge or the charger items? Thanks !

Do hard pq CH 3 or 4 you will get gold bag and there will be 1 of the charge items.

I checked Emp chap 3 pq and didnt get it ...Any other ideas?

CH4 as i said. I didnt say ch3 and ch4 i said or because didnt remember, could have probably figured that out if u did 1 pq ch4.
