As some already pointed out, the usual setup as melee group is 2 tanks, 2 dps, 2 heal.

I just want to add (based on your initial post): Don´t run with only 1 heal class. Even if you don´t want to run a meta setup (thats fine) with only one real healer, take at least a heal class as dps (dps DoK or shaman). So you could cleanse every debuff and have the possibility to rez your only healer, maybe even provide some emergency heals.

If you want to run a melee blob with max melee pressure and not super vulnerable, I suggest chosen(2h), black guard (2h),mara,Witch Elf,shield dok, zealot. While 2 guard for 3 mdps is not optimal, your melees are tankyish (mara,shield dok) or have good escape tools (WE), you have armor debuff (mara, black guard), incoming healdebuff (Witch Elf, maybe shield dok, maybe mara), outgoing healdebuff (maybe WE, maybe black guard), aoe snare (Black guard), rangeish snare (Witch Elf), can cleanse all debuffs (2 different heal classes).

This is probably too late, but if you don't want to play ranked 6v6 with that group you don't need to be hardcore meta with it. You will simply be able to outplay most "normal" SC groups and premades, even if you played double Sorc or something like that. Not to mention that having rDps can make you a bit more flexible in oRVR if you don't want to only play SC.

The really important things are:

1. You need at least 1 tank with a "strong" single target Punt: Chosen or BG.

2. You need 2 healers, best not of the same class.

3. You really kinda want at least 1 Heal Debuff in order to score kills.

You can even run 1 Tank 3 Dps (1 melee 2 ranged) 2 healers. (This is if you don't want to play Ranked, can also be detrimental in some SCs that are tight quarters like **** Ironclad)

Two rDps will absolutely destroy any Healer/Dps that gets punted towards your group and out of enemy healer/tank range.
