1h axe №14 can be obtained by slayers from dwarf ch16 influence rewards:
Labrys of Sonesteel

I also would be grateful to anyone for selling me The Boundless Orcsplitter or telling where else an IB can get this axe skin.

More drops for these axes as Prowler weapons in Hunters Vale.
I will check for 2h axes and Rifles.

Judging by the icon on Armory its appearance #13 and used by recently added Orcsplitter of the Prowler from Hunter's Vale.
Usually purple random loot has the same generic icon and appearance as other weapons of the same level range, but seems like Boundless Orcsplitter is an exception.

Generally each appearance has unique item icon, so look closely for exact match of the icon and you'll find it.

We are currently collecting a LOT of new gear on the npcs in Karaz-a-Karak. More shields, more axes, more GUNS! :)

I believe a lot of NPCs in the new cities use the gear that will eventually come from LotD, Lost Vale, and as ranked/city weapons which were promised a while ago.

Hi, last patch change skin on rigle LF of reclaimed destiny, from very rare tribarel rifle to common skin... :/ Know any rifle with tribarel gun skin? tx

Hmm. Need to check. There are two tri barrel skins if I am correct.
