Please Fix Debolstering

So killing a level 10 and getting rewards is fine, but killing a level 40 who is debolstered to 10 should give you absolutely nothing? What kind of logic is that?

Also, where did I say I was level 15, fighting 40s? Because I never did.

Assume less.

The game should roll a dice for the rr gain or do you want to get rp worth of killing a rr80?
