I main a WH and have for a long time, I hit for about 200 on tanks with torment and can crit low toughness classes for over 400. My advice follows:

1. Stop running Init bullets and run the outgoing heal debuff ones. They are currently one of the only heal debuffs in the game and should be valued and used constantly.
2. Opener should be followed by fevor, yes fevor that horrible skill, take burn heritic off your bars its not worth using vs Abso. So no initial debuff you say? How i go about this is binding the opener i always use, movement barb, and fevor on the same key, and my silence on Shift and the same key, so i open, fevor and then silence, by time silence is up i have abso up and debuff before they get that big heal off.
3. The server lags and you arent always behind moving targets so spamming torment is just not viable with the lag, use razor strike on kiting Sorcs and squiggs you will see some more damage, unless you have FP up
4. Str isnt everything, in t2 you have an awesome AA haste tatic and a bit of WS goes a long way considering 50% of your damage is AAs
5. Be paitent WHs arent at their best until we have our KD, crit damage tatic, and positional damage increase.

Hope this helps, I love my WH and personally think you can be successful on one in t2 currently. Just gotta practice and work at it. Have fun

Why use fevor?

And what is wrong with using burn heretic if the target is above 90% hp? It deals the same damage as a 5 accusation abso at 1 or 2 accusations, granted its over 10 seconds, but that's why you only use it on a full hp target.

Also WS isn't working according to the thread up on the forums, it doesn't give any armor pen.

best cause you kill people with burst. not dots and 2 accusations wasted on burn could be used on a 5 point abso, its just my opinion take it for what its worth

1.4 t3 was balanced, as you had all but r40 skills.

as was said -
WH starts to be a real threat when he got +50% crit dmg tactic and knockdown.
Burn Heretic is crap. I dont think I have ever used it. Abso is the best option till you get EW or if u like dots+backload dmg - Burn Away Lies

atm only real threat as mdps are berserk choppas and slayers (+50% dmg is +50% dmg :D ), WLs (though their kitty has low HP it deals very impressive dmg if u do not kill it). I have never expected to say it but marauders are in my experience (from receiving end) number 4.

WEs and WHs are at the state of waiting for their crit dmg tactic atm

I mean in grp terms with heals, guard etc. this is not from 1v1 pov.

in perfect world where there were no lvl 25 in zone but everyone were on lvl 39 and there wasnt lotd released - yea I dare to say in that world t3 was the most balanced tier

EDIT - though compared to t4 after rr80+ .... t3 was still a lot more balanced
